Total Surfing Fitness program

I have always been interested in trying new training techniques and fitness programs. Most of the ones I used for the last few years has not impressed me at all. But when a few of my surfing friends started with the Total Surfing Fitness program, and I could really see how their surfing improved radically, I decided to give it a try.

The program is 12 weeks long, I have been doing it for about 5 weeks now and love every part of it, but more importantly, my surfing is better than ever! 5 weeks into the program I was already getting results:

- I could surf about twice as long before getting tired

- I improved my paddling power resulting in getting a lot more waves, having a lot more fun!

- Flexibility, leading to smoother surfing and decreasing my chance of injury. I never thought I would be able to reach this level of flexibility this fast!

- Huge increase in board control and technical maneuvers

- Found my self falling in love with surfing again!!

What makes Total Surfing Fitness different from other programs that I have tried is how specific it is to surfing. The creator of the program, Clayton Beatty is not only a keen surfer and a personal trainer. He also has a degree in exercise and health science and knows exactly what type of fitness it takes to get the most out of your surfing.

So if you want to surf longer, more powerful and with better technique and flow I highly recommend this program.

One showing a quick powerful workout for the outdoors. It also includes a fitness test for surfers measuring your balance, core strength and upper body strength. This is very helpful for improving your weak areas with some powerful exercises.

It also includes good information on nutrition, fats and how the food you eat effects your health.
