Cash Gifting - The New Way of Earning Money

By Kelli Cooper

Cash gifting involves giving a person a declared sum of cash purely as a gift either publicly or privately. In this sense, the recipient is not bound at all to return the amount he receives from the giver and neither is the gift a form of loan to be repaid later. Cash gifting is one way someone can earn extra cash.

Due to the fact that there is no good or service provide in exchange for payment, there has been a debate on the legitimacy of cash gifting as a means to earn money. It is a constitutional right to give cash and other assets as a gift in United States and Canada. The gifting rules in the Internal Revenue Services tax code, title twenty six, section two thousand five hundred and one to two thousand five hundred and four and section two thousand five hundred and eleven allow giving gifts of cash freely.

The Legal Nature Of Cash Gifting--The Constitution of U.S.A. states that a person can receive gifts totalling to eleven thousand dollars each year without being liable to paying taxes on them. Similarly, gift givers are also exempted from remitting taxes up to this same extent each year.

Cash gifting can be considered as the expression of kindness from one party to another through giving cash amounts. Cash gifting has been practiced several hundreds of years especially among the Chinese, Hispanics, and Jews. It has been known to be a brilliant way of making money for starting businesses and owning property.

With the above clarification it is thus clear that you can legally earn money through cash gifting. Just like any other system, in the cash gifting program you may be required to pay membership fee to cover operational costs .If you join this club you can only expect to earn money if you market properly and talk to interested parties about the program. Like any other endeavor, be sure that your program is structured properly.

Program Success--These programs normally do succeed but can also fail if the marketing is not done effectively. It is often said that systems work and people fail. This is true of any opportunity, gifting or not. You will need to market your site and this involves both free and paid methods. A good program will provide extensive training on both. Utilize your mentors and training resources. No one is going to hold your hand or tell you what to do. This is an individual effort. - 16928
